Eligibility and registration
- Participants must meet the eligibility rules of the category they enter, such as School, College, Government Employees, Differently Abled or General Public.
- Information and documents you submit must be true and complete. Entries found to be false may be cancelled.
- Entry is limited to the events and categories you are eligible for, and organisers may close or cap entries.
Conduct and fair play
- Follow the rules of each sport, the instructions of officials and the venue regulations.
- Behave respectfully towards other athletes, officials, volunteers and spectators.
- Doping and any attempt to manipulate results are prohibited and may lead to disqualification.
Fixtures and changes
Schedules, venues, formats and rules may change for operational or weather reasons. The latest information on this website applies.
Photographs and media
Photographs and video of the tournament may be taken and used by SDAT and the Government of Tamil Nadu for reporting and promotion.
Health and safety
Participants take part at their own risk and should be medically fit. Organisers will take reasonable care but are not liable for loss or injury except where the law says otherwise.
Decisions
Decisions of the organising committee and match officials are final.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
